I have forgotten my password. Help?
How will I know that a shift has been filled?
Once your shift has been filled you will receive a confirmation email at the address your facility registered with notifying of the shift approval. The email will also contain the health professional's details.
How do I post a shift?
Login in with your facility username and password. Once you're on the facility control panel page, scroll down until you find the section titled Post An Available Shift.
Post the shift like so:
- **Select a Medical Employment Level required for the shift. If the level you require is greyed and NOT selectable, this means we do not provide a health professional in this field yet. Please contact us so we may discuss this with you.
- **Select the date for the shift.
- **Select a start and end time for the shift.
- Enter any additional notes regarding the shift.
- Click Post Shift Now and all hp+y health professionals that meet your shifts criteria will be notified of your available shift.

How does a facility login?
If you are already registered you can click on the 'Login' link in the top menu. On the login page enter your username and password and click 'Login'.
If this is the first time you are requesting a health professional you will need to click on 'Request a Health Professional'. On that page you will then need to fill in the requested information within 4 easy steps. Once you have registered your details, an email will be sent to you with your details, including a username and password. Follow the link supplied in this email to login.
How does an employee login?
You can click on the 'Login' link in the top menu. On the login page enter your username and password and click 'Login'.
Can I work with a VISA?
Yes you can work with hp+y with an appropriate VISA that has rights to work within Australia, with 6 months work experience in an Australian Health System essential. Sponsorship are not available.
What if my Registration or Certificates run out?
You will not be able to work until you have updated your Registration / Certificates.
Will I be guaranteed shifts?
No, unfortunately there is no guarantee of shifts offered, these are casual positions.
What we do with your personal information?
We collect and store your information in both electronic and paper forms. The information you have provided to us is important and we take sensible actions to protect it from misuse, loss and from any unauthorised access or disclosure.
Why do we collect and what do we do with your information?
We collect your information when you have registered as a health facility or health professional with hp+y. This is so we can communicate with you via email, SMS or via phone calls and for security purposes.
How will I that know if I have a shift?
If you are successful in acquiring the shift, you will receive a confirmation SMS with the details of the shift and the person to report to, prior to arriving at the facility.
How do I become an employee?
You can click on the 'Employee Sign-Up' link and enter the information required. Your request will be forwarded to hp+y administration who will issue you a username and password after verification has taken place. The verification process can take up to 24 hours, for security reasons this cannot be streamlined.
